İleri Performans Prensipleri (Peak Performance Principles)

Çok başarılı bir kişisel gelişim gurusu olan Jack Canfield benim de favorilerim arasında yer alıyor. Dün Peak Performance Principles DVD'sini izlemeyi bitirdim. Aşağıda aldığım notları paylaşıyorum. Lovable: Develop and deepen relationships, inclusion, acceptance.
Capable: Develop new skills, learn and experience achieving success.
Significant: Treated as if I matter, I’m important.
Most important 45min of a day  is the last part. Use it for goal visualization.
1 hour cutting TV time makes 365 hours in a year.
9,5 work weeks.
Success is little increments over time.
In an hour: 10 min exercises, 30 min reading...
The Hour of power

You cannot hire others to do your push-ups.
Other cannot do meditation, exercise for you...

Daily Gratitude Process
1.       What are you grateful for?
2.       Why are you grateful for it?
3.       How can you express your gratitude?
4.       What specific next action can you take to express your gratitude?

Goals need to be written down and reviewed regularly.
Make a list of 101 goals you want to achieve before you die.
Set goals high enough, so in the process of achieving you become someone worth becoming

Visualize and Affirm Your Desired Results


Visualize and feel your goals.
After you wake up and just before you go to bed.
To feel it better, take a test drive with the car or something else.
